When you make a donation to the Alliance to Conserve Old Richmond Neighborhoods, you are helping us continue to provide information on available houses in the city’s most historic neighborhoods. You are also sponsoring our high quality workshops, information, consultation, and events.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES AND BENEFITS
(based on a calendar year):
Single ($35), Family/Business ($60), or Student ($15/ with valid i.d.) Memberships receive the following benefits:
- A monthly e-newsletter for members only
- Early e-mail notification of property options and other information on endangered property before being posted on our web site
- E-mail preservation alerts and information on property and community issues
- Invitations to all Renovators’ Open House events
- Invitation to the annual Golden Hammer Awards celebration
- Early notification of workshops, tours, real estate Sell-a-Bration, and more
- Reduced fees for special workshops and events
- 10% discount on publication, Built By Blacks: African-American Architecture and Neighborhoods in Richmond, VA by Selden Richardson
Business Plus ($75) Membership includes all the above plus
a 12-month (June 1 - May 31) Renovation Resource listing on our web site
Conservation Club ($500-$999) Membership includes the above benefits plus
- Original advocacy note cards, with cartoon art by Keith Van Allen
- Up to two free real estate listings on web site
- One additional guest reservation for the annual members’ free workshop
Oak Club ($1,000 +) Membership includes the above benefits plus
- Two tickets for the annual Golden Hammer Awards celebration
- Free admission to other events
